SHIPPING POLICY :
Anicham store stands behind the quality of the service and we endeavour have all our products delivered to you on time and in impeccable conditions.
* Domestic shipping within tamilnadu will be chargeable at ₹60 and outside tamilnadu will be ₹100.
* Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday 9 am and 7 pm.
*Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and tranporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Anicham store deliver products internationally as well.Any custom duty / import tax/ GST charges should be borne by the customers as it is under the Anicham store or our shipping partners.
Note:
This import tax depends from country to country and it is based on the invoice value.You can check for the exact value from DHL.
RETURN POLICY :
Return due to change of mind will not accepted.We accept the product if damaged or colour changed.
Otherwise no cancellation or exchange is accepted. Parcel opening video is must for any complaints / any exchange. We need a proof of parcel opening video on the same day (within 24 hours) of the receipt of delivery.
Begging of the parcel being opened and recorded untill it’s being fully opened. The opening of the parcel must be recorded only in a single video.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a further purchase. We will notify you once this has been complete through email.
Anicham store will be refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
